About CADS

Cincinnati Area Doula Society (aka CADS) is an organization of Doulas that serves to promote and support the work of independent birth professionals in the Greater Cincinnati and Northern Kentucky areas.

Our purpose is to:

• promote awareness and education regarding options for pregnancy, labor, delivery and postpartum for families;
• to provide and encourage networking, cooperation and furthering education opportunities for the birth professional community;
• and to promote the use of and access to Doulas to the general public.

CADS is a non-profit 501(c)3 organization that brings together doulas who have their own businesses as well as groups, agencies, and teams to support each other, represent our profession at events, and educate the community.
